High performance weatherproofing sealant
Sikasil® WS-355 S is a neutral-cure silicone sealant featuring excellent movement capability and superior adhesion to both porous and non-porous substrates. Specifically developed for weathersealing applications, it ensures non-streaking performance on non-porous surfaces and non-staining properties on porous substrates.
Features:
- Does not stain areas adjacent to the joint\
- Non-streaking on non-porous substrates
- Exhibits excellent UV and weathering resistance
- Complies with GB/T 23261-2009 50LM, ASTM C920 (Type S, Grade NS, Class 50 with ±50% movement capability), and ASTM C1248 requirements
- Demonstrates superior adhesion to diverse materials, including glass, metals, coated/painted metals, plastics, wood, natural stones (marble, granite, sandstone, quartzite), and concrete/mortar.
- It is particularly effective for structural glazing, curtain walls, windows, and cladding façades.
